- 1 / 5By Trenia TodayWe waited for 45 minutes for some tough ox tails and the jerk chicken had no flavor at all. We requested a refund and it took another 10 minutes just to receive a refund. Also for $16.00 I only got 5 small tough oxtails. I highly recommend a better system for them and better cook. At 12:40 pm the oxtails should have been done and ready. I will not go back there.June 01, 2016
