  While the establisment is clean the prices are reasonable, the staff appeared disinterested in our table from the moment we walker in, with the main server being rude and snarky. Our table was not checked on for refills but the table behind was engaged with the expected banter and checked on four times. We were finally waited on just prior to leaving by one of the staffs young children. Had planned to place an order to go but the overall experience left much to be desired and we left without purchasing extra.

  I called for a delivery order. Exactly one hour later I called to find out my order hasn't even left the store yet. I asked for a refund but the manager herself said I couldn't have the pizza if I got a refund. She along with the rest of the crew I spoke with was extremely rude. I hate I even have to rate 1 star. DON'T ORDER HERE!

  Worst manager ever
  took 1 hour 20 mins to get my food when i order it told me 30 mins and when i did get my food it was not even my food. the driver called the manager and she told the driver go back to the house where she left my order then bring it to my home. WOW REALLY. I called the manager and she told me i can either take that order or what over 1.5 hours till they can deliver a new order to my home. Asked for refund and she said they took the money (wrong they money was taken from account now i have to wait 48-72 hours to get they money back and no pizzas. If anyone is looking for job they should go apply they seem to be always short of staff will not be getting pizza from Brittany again. will have to wait for new manager to start I do not think she will have a job very long.
