  The food is okay. I ordered a Philly cheese steak, and I've had better at other chains. The cleanliness of the store bordered on concerning, but we suffered no ill effects.

  I love Larry's giant sub. The food is awesome and it's a good price.
  
  Unfortunately through out the last year the Roosevelt location has fallen apart. The staff (especially the late shift) is not professional or polite.
  
  Me and my wife dine here at least once a week and we order the same thing every single time. And almost every single time we have to give at least one sandwich back as it was not how we ordered it. It's not a hard order. Cuban on Cuban bread, and cheese sandwich TOASTED. for the first time in a long time they toasted hers first go around. I have a Cuban with not pickles and on the wrong bread.
