  My service wasn't excellent, good, or ok but it was better than the customer in front of me. I came to this location with my boyfriend tonight for dinner, and I observe the manager Josie preparing the food being very rude to another customer in front of me the manager was talking very loud rolling her eyes and given the lady a very bad attitude. The customer said she did not want the regular cheese she wanted the queso cheese instead. When she got to the register manager Josie yelled very rudely charge her a dollar for sub queso cheese on the kids burrito the manager then came to the register and told the customer I'm going to charge you extra for the free toppings on the burrito the customer then said where is that policy the manager got very angry and told the customer that's are in store policy the customer said where is the in store policy the manager refused to show it to the customer, then the manager Josie told the customer I am refusing service to you. The customer said why the manager Josie said because my manager Melissa said we can refuse service to anyone we want and I don't like the fact that you asking me about the policy you are being rude you just want something for free. I also watched the black cashier lady clean the lobby and handle food without washing her hands. The manager is definitely RUDE and the staff is UNSANITARY.
