  Last time I was here a few months ago we were served raw grilled chicken. Once we sent it back it came back just as raw. We gave up after that. Also, prior to that visit we would always get the zinger mountain melt which is good but this Ale House cut back on the portion. It used to be piled high. Now it's just on a plate.

  Thank you for serving my family on Christmas day, ....but the food was terrible.. It was a party of 8 of us and the food start rolling out.. it looked okay but the food tastes like it was being stretched out to accommodate all patrons for the day. Food was bought out cold, overcooked & without proper sauce on pasta... I had to request sauce twice.. I was told I will be charged a $1 per sauce.. I gave up and sent my food back to the kitchen.. Thanks Jess for being nice to my family. We didn't want to complain .. because it was Christmas... But the food was way below standards ..
  What a waste of money.
