- 1 / 5By Christine VietsIncredibly rude employee with horrible customer service skills. Stopped in at 9:00 am Sunday morning to get coffee. "House" brand coffee pots were all empty so I had to settle for one of the specialty blends. Then thought I would get an icee. The coca cola icee dispensed as complete liquid -- no "icee" to it at all. When I mentioned it to the clerk, she said "yeah, it's broke." I suggested she put a sign on it that it was out of order and she said "we're not allowed." That's the craziest thing ever. Who doesn't let their customers know when something isn't working. It'll be a long time before I go in this location again. Unbelievable!July 05, 2016
