I work retail and treat people with care even if they can't make up their mind on the spot and so I expect the same treatment in return when im the consumer. There was some attitude when I was asking for simple items and didn't feel like I was being heard. It shouldn't matter how difficult some customers can be, the workers define the work space. Like I said I LOVE Dick's Wings but a friendlier phone answerer wouldn't hurt.February 08, 2017
