  Great food, absolutely loved our waitress, and the wait was very short to get drinks and food. We will definitely be back. Great waffles, grandma liked the biscuits and gravy, veal was good, and they have hot sauce options. Their locally roasted coffee was definitely a plus for us!

  Can't go wrong eating here! I grew up at the beach and always had Beach Hut or Ellen's for breakfast. They are both great but they aren't better than Grinders. Their head chef is amazing! I usually sit at the bar and he impresses me every time. The menu is loaded and I've yet to have something that I didn't enjoy!! Classic American diner!

  SCRAPED MY PLATE. I know why this place has been open for 30 years! My wife, brother and friend, and I saw this place near our hotel for the GA/FL game and decided to give it a shot. We're so glad we did. We ordered the home-style meatloaf, chicken fried chicken, and some breakfast items which were served all day. Everything was delicious. Cornbread was fresh and sweet, collards cooked with ham hocks, and the meatloaf was flavorful. It's like I came to my grandmother's house and she prepared the meals for us. As you go through the massive menu, you'll hear that they do a lot of preparation themselves and that they do not use any frozen pre-cooked anything. The service was excellent, and even though I saw the previous posts about the tables and chairs - I saw that they were clean and presentable. Now, they were packed at 12:45 when we showed up and you seat yourselves.
