  I didn't even want to give 1 star but it made me so that I was able to tell everyone DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT, waste your time effort or money at this HORRIBLE restaurant. We pull in around 11:30 p.m. with very minimum patrons there "eating", Lets start by telling you about the cleanliness or lack thereof, the floor look as if it hadn't been vacuumed in days and my first set of silverware was so dirty that I wouldn't allow a stray dog eat off of it. We drove from Blanding Blvd specifically to eat there only to wait for a hour to receive our appetizer and our food within 1 minute of each other only for EVERYTHING to be lukewarm at best. We sent it all back and asked to speak to the manager ( Charles ) only for him to decline to come out to us. God bless our waitress Sherry, I believe her name was, who continually apologized for something that she had no control over, took everything off of our bill except our drinks, because after all we DID drink them whIle we waited for our food. I hope her all the best in the future after having to deal with the total incompetence of the manager, CHARLES, that poor young lady may never make a dime unless Charles is replaced or retrained on how to be a manager period let alone a decent human being.

  Not sure what's up with this location, but the service is horrible. It took 15 min for the waitress to come to my table, another 15 min for my coffee, and another 30 min for my meal. Yes, it was a very busy day for them, however, have the professionalism to stop and give me updates on my order. Honestly, I can't believe I'm taking the time to write this review. It's Denny's for goodness sake.

  Server Sherry was as sweet as a person could be however, after being there for just under an hour we finally got our appetizer, which was cold and then right afterwards, our food was brought out which was also cold!!! Sherry felt so bad and apologized over and over again, this was not her fault, the manager, Charles, didn't even have to concern to come out and speak with us even after we asked where he was at. Being a server myself, we explained to Sherry that we knew it was not her fault and we didn't hold her responsible....She continued to apologize. We felt horrible for her. We went to this Denny's from the westside because it has always been great but tonight killed it for us. You can definitely tell that their manager doesn't care about their customers. Doubt that we will go back again!!!!!
