  If I could give lower I would. I love Cracker Barrel and I've never had a bad experience til I went to this one. My server was a 4 star named Missy. She brought us our drinks after forgetting one, and then we never saw her again. We watched her go to all the other tables except our own. She didn't even bring us our food. Another waitress did. Again she never came to us after getting our drinks and we've been sitting here over an hour with no drinks and no coffee and we asked another waitress Christina if we could get refills since Missy was no where in sight and hasn't waited on us and she rolled her eyes and never brought us refills either. TERRIBLE customer service. Right now as I type this she's just standing there watching everyone even though we asked her for refills multiple times.

  I bring my Dad here every Saturday. The service is AWESOME. Mrs. Debbie and Julie are AmaZing!!! The food is tasty too.

  Terrible service and bland food. Very disappointing. The meatloaf was slightly undercooked. Lima beans had no flavor. The waitress walked by our table multiple times without even a glance in our direction. We waited 35-40 minutes for our food. Several patrons around us complained to the manager while we were there. This was our second bad experience in a row within 2 months. We will not be returning.
