  Looked forward all week to getting the giant meatball. Waited over 40 minutes before a manager running the line came over and said she was moving our order to priority. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I went to the line and asked the waitress if we could get a check for our salads and beverage. The manager came to our table and said that she would pay for our meal. Paying for the meal was not tell problem. It was getting the meal. We left and we probably will not ever go back. We were there well over an hour and did not get a meal.

  Monday afternoon , we arrived about 3:30pm . There were very few other customers. It was sunny and beautiful so we sat outside. When we got here we asked about specialty coffe drinks, the host said I don't think so, I don't drink coffee. I found the coffee drinks in the dessert menu myself. We took our seat and I ordered a regular coffee with cream, and my husband ordered the cafe carrabba. After about 15
  
  6minutes the waitress brought my coffee and cream and said she'd be right back with my husbands. Finally my husband asked for a regular coffee since his specialty coffee seemed a little to tricky to pull off. We're fans of the coffee you serve, but if you can't make it happen we might have to find another itallian place to top our meal with some caffinated love.
