  22 minute wait I will never go to this place again I will definitely go to Chick-fil-A next store busier and gets more people through quicker. Second time I've been here waited over 20 minutes each time

  When you're a Zaxbys fan.. you know the menu.. when you used to work for Zaxbys you really know the menu. You also know that when the customer asks for Zax Sauce as a dressing for salad and there's not a button for it, you can type it into the notes. Not hard... but thanks for charging me extra for something I've been eating for years.

  They never get my order correct. It isn't incredibly wrong, but it is never right. It's a really simple order. One tiny request. They mess it up every time.

  Great service, a bit quicker than other locations. The ice machine on one of the sofa machines was broken and a lot of flavors were unavailable. Lobby was clean and staff for the most part was polite.
