  I usually love this location, but not on my last visit. Also, I called for 2 days to speak with a manager but it just rang and rang.
  
  I came into the store 2 days ago around 8pm or so. No one spoke to me when I came in, which they usually do. I ordered a wrap and a smoothie. My smoothie was a little bitter and my wrap was cold on the inside. I was definitely not kept in the over long enough. I also ordered the kale apple slaw as a side and watched the guy dig the salad out with his hands and jam it into the cup. He was wearing gloves, but he touched the oven door, cups, other food with those gloves. I asked him to redo it and asked if he could use a spoon. He said nothing to me and just gave me a ook. Once he was done, he handed me my order and walked away. I said thank you and he said nothing. The customer service is usually great at all the Tropical Smoothies.
  
  After that, I was so upset with the whole experience that I did the survey online. I rarely do those unless someone was amazing. I hope you find my account about that day there as well and teach the staff to be a bit nicer and to be a bit more sanitary. Just because it the end of a shift and its near closing, a business still needs to do their best.
  
  Unfortunately the mark was missed that day.

  It was my first time dinning there and I loved it. The staff was very helpful and friend made me feel right at home and they can count me in I'm going back loved the food and smoothies.
