  Lobby had 3 guests. 8 dirty tables. Drink station was horrible. Ordered a number 1 and it took about 7 minutes to receive. Friendly staff. But after sitting down and observing once the "rush" stopped all employees went to what looks like the manager office and just hung out. Should have been changing trash, cleaning the dinning room and drink station. Restock supplies and get ready for whatever comes. In the 15yrs I ran restaurants this would have never happened. Poor managment here. They need to have cleaning duties per shift and enforced. The time it has taken me to write this only 1 person has come from the office to adjust her apron. Nobody up front to greet guests since I started to write this review. It has been approximately 15 minutes since the cashier left the front.

  According to the hours of operation you should be open at 7am for breakfast. I get to taco bell on New Kings Rd at 8:06 and the door is locked, so myself and another lady go to the drive thru, thinking maybe the inside is closed.... Well needless to say it was not open and now I have no breakfast.
  Come on Taco Bell you can do better, if you have new hours please post them so customers are not sitting in the drive thru thinking your open when your really not.
