  This used to be a great subway where I went everyday, until staff changed, now there is a woman always outside smoking in the morning and when a customer enters, then she will go inside and make the sub. I stopped going.

  I'd say below average subway. Had a few 'not so good' experiences to say that. My worse one yet is "online ordering"
  Placed my order online, walked in 15 min later to find out they didn't start my order yet (which I understand if they had customers). As I'm in there, new customers walk in and get out with their sandwiches while mine didn't even start yet :D. So what's the point of online ordering then?
  
  A few minutes later, about 25 since I placed the order, the guy gives me a 6" sandwich when I payed for 12". I told him, he apologized, and made the other half. So it took about 35 minutes since I placed the order and actually got it.
