  Customer service can be hit or miss here. Lack of smiles on faces tell me people just don't want to be here, nor do they care about the impression that gives shoppers. As a former customer service employee for a variety of retail and restaurant establishments, that is not good for business. Nor is it good for the worker. May be time to look for another line of work. Also, I often need to rebag my groceries on my way out the door. I know Publix trains their staff, but this is not the same level as I've experienced at other stores in this area. The best thing about this store is their commitment to the disability community and the handful of staff I look for in order to have a pleasant experience while shopping.
