  Worst Popeye's ever! They put the original Popeye's to shame. The customer service is horrible. When I had a complaint the manager came to speak to my with sunglasses on! The employees behave like children who don't want to be there. Newsflash: if you don't like your job get a better one. I will never support this business again. Please save yourself the time and trouble. With that attitude and work ethic those girls will remain stuck in dead end jobs they don't want to be at

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. The first time we went here they forgot to put our shrimp in the bag. When I complained about the poor service to corporate NO ONE called me back. We waited and decided to give them another chance. This time they totally ignored us in the lobby, and they forgot to give us our mashed potatoes this time. I am not a racist person - we are a married gay couple. But we are white, and we felt totally ignored because we were older white men. The staff seemed to laugh and take care of the other black people in the lobby and in the drive through. I am thoroughly disgusted at this Popeyes and it will affect our decision to go to any other franchise. I will again complain to corporate but I'm sure it will go unnoticed.
