  Introduced to me by a friend. Every time I come to Jacksonville Fla. I eat at this place.
  Atmosphere,service,FOOD!
  Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.
  
  Funny thing is; I've never seen any customer in here unhappy or stressed.
  The music? The Ambience? A time portal to
  "Island Time"? Who knows..But it works.

  Its a hit or miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good, but other time the food is dried up, bread is harder than a rock and they never seem to give the complete order. Yesterday I ordered a kid's drumstick and thigh. The chicken was burnt and they forgot part of the order. The second, reason I have issues with this place is rude employees. Yesterday the woman seemed to have an issue with me showing my military identification for 10% off. She is not the only one. This review only for this location, because I have had good experiences at the Atlantic location. The River city location must have bad management.
