  I placed my order at 9:25pm and received it at 11:25pm. It was very cold and my drink was warm. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I have order from them multiple times but never received my order this late nor has it been cold. I even spoke to a nice man over the phone and I am still very upset. I will be calling in the morning to let someone know.

  Do you really need an account to order a pizza? You need my email so you can sell it ,then who ever sends me endless crap..what's that have to do with a pizza ?. Or I can give you access to all my personal info thru Facebook? What part of that is needed to make a pizza? Pizza Hut you suck!!

  This is the worst pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. The Gm for this place needs to get a real team. I just waited 2 hours for two medium pizza and some garlic knots when time was estimated 35 min! I took the pizza anyway and ended up having to put it in the oven to heat back up! I'm from Atlanta so I know big city means more business but that is ridiculous. I called and she said the driver had two more orders with mine. It should not take you a hour to make pizza and another hour to deliver and the driver Alexander is lucky he got a tip at all. Next time this happens I will get my money back take my business to papa John's cause they are actually fast and get they're orders on time and never order from this place again. I recommend either eating in at this location or not at all order something else unless a 2 hour wait for cold pizza is what you want. Also this isn't the first time this has happened and they have kids with real foul attitudes when you confront them. If it were possible to give a negative star rating it would truly be -3.
