  The food came out fast. We had only an appetizer, soup and salad. While all my food was very good my wife's was just ok. The appetizer was the star of our meal, had we stopped there it would have been 5 stars all the way.
  The staff is well trained and very attentive. The atmosphere is excellent. Overall I am very happy with the experience.

  Excellent service. Food was terrific. I wasn't sure about St. Louis style Pizza. After trying out, it was amazing. If you like thin crust pizza, this is the best. The waiters are very friendly. Owner/chef comes to the table and makes sure everything is ok, a nice gesture. Good wine selection too. For a small place, it is not noisy. Some outdoor seating is there. This is one of the best restaurants my wife and I have been to in Jacksonville. I can easily see that the Picasso becoming our regular place to go when we move here. The waitress Ivy was great, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Ask for her when you go.

  Food was good but not worth it. They require 24 hours notice for reservations but when we arrived a person without reservations was seated before us and we waited and eternity for a "more comfortable" table. Spoke with the manager who was curt and explained they were waiting for a table to open. No explanation as to why the person who literally cut us off to get in front of us without a reservation was seated before us. We were given a gratis fruit cup for the wait. No joke a fruit cup!! No thanks, never going back. By the way it was hotter inside than outside. My son and wife were beat red by the time we finished.

  AWFUL SEATING POLICY & MANAGER RESPONSE!! We understand their 24 hour reservation policy and made a reservation for 5:30pm (party of five) on Saturday April 1st. A rude man literally ran into the restaurant ahead of us with no reservation and was seated immediately with his party of five. We waiting for well past our reservation time with a small child in our party. We asked the manager about the seating policy as a "walk in" got immediate service, but those with a reservation were made to wait. She was very curt and unprofessional stating that our intended table should be paying their check soon and to be patient. We were finally seated and the manager brought of a "free fruit cup" for our trouble. We declined this offer. I regret wasting my time and money on this poor treatment and average food.
