  Papa John's on Southside BLVD has the best customer service. I love the staff here. The managers Kelsey and John always greet me with a smile, kond words, and excellent service! My food is always great!

  Our family loves pizza, especially on lazy nights after busy days... And we love Papa Johns. Unfortunately, this location just doesn't seem to have it together. Every time we order delivery, the delivery time is 60-70 minutes AND they are always late! Every. Single Time!! We are literally 2.5 miles away. How is that even possible??! This last order/delivery will be our last. They once again messed up our order and SURPRISE it was cold. When we called to complain we were put on hold and no one ever returned back to the phone, so we called again and asked for the manager. The manager was ill mannered and his lack of concern for customer satisfaction was disturbing. I would encourage others to order from another location or a completely different restaurant all together.

  For the busiest store in jacksonville they always have great attitudes. They are always flying out the door with deliveries when I am there whether you are close or far they have times online sometimes 1-2 hours because they are busy. For pickup they have good deals as well and pretty fast barely ever have to wait.
