  The food here is wonderful. Lots to choose from. Great for meetings, dates, groups, alone time, hanging out and chillin out. 4 stars because it's a little pricey. Other than that no complaints.

  We came for breakfast and had a confusion with our order and Charles offered us a free desert. We came a week later and our food was wrong again....we talked to the manager Harold about it and he made it right. I'll continue coming to a place that makes an effort to improve themselves.

  Showed up at 9:20 a.m. on my way home from work. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I got my cup and found that they were completely out of coffee. No light, dark or hazelnut. There was already a person waiting around for any coffee to show up. Three others piled up behind us and coffee finally showed up in about 20 minutes. My sandwich had been ready long before I got coffee. This is a basic thing. If you are a Panera and it is breakfast time then the coffee should not run out.
  
  I typically like to sip my coffee with no lid and let it cool a bit while I wait for my sandwich. This time I had to pour fresh, piping hot coffee, put the lid on immediately so it wouldn't spill in my car and then wait to drink it due to the fact that I hate hot coffee in the car with the lid on. I get sick of not tasting anything for a week because I burned the crap out of my tongue while trying to sip through a slit while driving... so BOO, Regency Panera!

  The service has greatly improved. The food has always been good. Love the option to order ahead.
