  Terrible customer service. I go to Moes on Atlantic all the time and receive a great meal. I just went to this one in the mall and it looked like I got this burrito from Taco Bell. 3/4 this burrito is the wrap, and when I asked for a tiny bit extra meat he shakes his head like I asked him for money! The fat chick at the register was no better, swiping my card then walking away, leaving my to pull my receipt out of the machine and sign it myself. SMH

  I am a Moe's lover. I've been to multiple locations all around the US and one thing that is always consistent is quality of product and service.
  
  Not this Moe's. It was 15 minutes before close, they had a last minute rush but not bad.
  We weren't greeted as we walked in which is a classic Moe's thing to do. The person who walked in after us was greeted with a legit grunt.
  I ordered a Wrong Doug. Few ingredients nothing special. After watching this guy fold a then smush my Doug, he put it in the oven and gave it to me on a piece of foil. I sat down and flipped it over to find a hug mooshy hole.... where was my taco? O yeah... it got smushed by the angry guy.
  
  I went to the register saying this wasn't acceptable and I received sarcasm. After needing to ask to have my Doug replaced I got back a mini Dougy.... mini! With hard rice and some weird salty taste included.
  
  The most unimpressive thing was the customer service. 4 employees all mad, all unpleasant. I felt like I was at a taco bell. Multiple situations that they were rude to customers trying to order quickly to me and other customers. I had sat and eaten. The whole time experiencing the Moe's employees talking and complaining about the past rush of customers. As I was there they had locked the doors and then continued to point and laugh at customers trying to get in.
  
  The only reason I'm writing this is so maybe someone in charge at this location can see this and want to make a change.... Moe's is suppose to be awesome. Keep it that way.

  I have not had an issue here. Yummy food. Moes food cant be beat!!! Puts Chipotle to shame. Every. Time. Like seriously Chipotle you should be embarassed.
