  My girlfriend and I used to love going to Mizu another we had a very bad experience a few months ago. I was served a plate of nasty chicken (which I still believed was undercooked.) I only ate two pieces of chicken before I realized there was an issue. I asked to have the meal taken off my bill and I would pay for the 40 dollars worth of sushi we had ordered and I would be fine. Mistakes happen and I wouldn't have been that upset but let me add two things. 1. When we got the restaurant there was only one over group there before we placed our order 2. three other tables arrived, ordered and were even served before we got our sushi! We sat for almost an hour waiting for this chicken dinner and we waited thirty minutes for our sushi and I was told by my waitress and the women who claimed she was a manager that they wouldn't take the meal off my bill! The plate was untouched and it wasn't until I threaten to get up and leave without paying at all that they decided to remove the item. With all that being said that brings us to today once again my girlfriend and I decided to be a good idea to give music we try seeing as it had been about four months since this incident happened. We walked in to find out that the same waitress was working as the night of this previous incident. She was extremely disrespectful and snarky the entire time! Unbelievable. The last thing I would like to say on all this is that the food at Mizu used to be extremely good I would say it's even better than some of the professional Japanese steakhouse is in the area now it's absolutely disgusting. Between the undercooked food on our last visit and their completely disrespectful employees I'm surprise that mizus is still open! we will not be returning and we will be informing our friends about what happened!

  We used to love this place and eat here weekly. Sadly the quality is starting to decline rapidly. Food is still good but nowhere near where it was just months ago
