  This is an absolutely disgusting place. The service is horrible, they "forget" food all the time, and they use a prerecorded greeting in the drive-thru.

  I was just up there. Orders a big order and in less than 2 min the order was being served... I only waited an extra 1.5 min for fresh everything!!! Totally impressed.

  Slow, lazy, unprofessional, and rude employees! They forgot my peppermint mocha's after I had waited in drive thru to get them. I came inside to get them and had to wait 20 min for them. No one acknowledged I was still waiting for my iced coffees even though i was standing in the middle of the pick up area. Supervisor apologizes, looks at my receipt an says ill get you larges instead. Awesome right? Ha no I look over and shes making the wrong thing. I have to correct her. If she wasn't too busy joking around with her co-workers maybe she could of made them right. Horrible horrible customer service.

  If I could leave a zero I would...Waited 10 mins for a mocha then they made it in the back where I couldn't see... Ignored me when I knocked on the window to tell them nevermind.....Got my money back and headed to Starbucks!!!
