  Not the best in customer service. We waited a long time for food. It was good and hot though. Ladies bathroom not in best of shape.

  Took 15 minutes to order food, once we received the food..nothing was hot..or even pleasantly warm!! Ordered a 20 piece, a cheeseburger (which was properly made per substitution), small fries and a coke. My 8 yr old didn't even finish half of his when we came upon this(picture posted.) After all the trouble to get the order, I was not gonna go through the madness to get a refund. I shouldn't have had to "special request" fresh item's.. Very disappointed!

  "Busboy" is nasty to customers. There is a polite way to talk to patrons. I saw a gentleman getting water in his coffee cup and he grabbed him by the. So actually that's assault. Yes you're supposed to have a water cup but he snatched on his arm. Just saying it's not right, say something but don't put your hands on someone
