  This location used to be the best in all of Jacksonville but in the past 6-12 months they've gone downhill tremendously. They are no longer open 24/7, which I can somewhat understand. But for the past several occasions I have arrived at this location at 1am or slightly later and no one is there. There are cars in the parking lot, insinuating that there are workers, doing, you know, some actual WORK. But on this exact night (5/29/16) at exactly 1:15am I went through the drive thru and no one answered. There were cars in the parking lot and the lights were on but the workers were purposely ignoring us. I've worked in fast food before, I know the deal. Please make your workers actually WORK for their money. I am very displeased and will no longer be coming to this location.

  Location is prime. They seem to be a well oiled machine. Proficiency and accuracy is top notch, and expedited at a surprising rate. Well done.

  Interior updated Cafe style - smooth operation. Just what you'd expect for a good Micky Dees. Go through Publix parking lot to get out unless you are going south on SR 13.

  My rating is based on this is McDonald's. As long as the food is hot and the service is good and the common areas are clean then a four star rating is warranted. This location met expectations.
