  No wonder this place has a low score. Customer service sucks at this place.The lady that was at the first window was not there when I pulled up. I moved down the line once the car in front of me left. Next thing I know, the lady at the first window waving me down telling me my price. I was still close to the first window. Told her that on one was at the window so she turned her back and took the other orders and then told me my price again. I ask her what did I order to make sure thats my right order. She told me what my order was and had an attitude with it. I drove off and went to Krystal down the block. The customer service was great. They told me what my order was when I got to the window and then told me my price. In the end, I'm staying away from this Mcdonald and hope anyone else wont have to drive off like I did.

  This place is hit or miss. One day I get great service and they are super fast. The next day I'm waiting in the lobby 15 mins bc they are understaffed and in a rush to get rid of ya. But hey what can ya expect from a place like this right??

  The lady bringing out the food and handing it to customers is coughing like she has the black lung. And while eating they felt the need to mop around my legs. Also, a homeless man has seemed to have taken up residence in one of the booths. I typically don't patron mcdonalds and now I have a new list of reasons why..... I hate when people leave bad reviews, cause it always seems petty and self absorbed... but it just sucked, even for fast food.

  30 minutes start to finish and they got my order, which didn't have any special insyructions wrong. The staff was busy chatting inside during the rush and seemed angry that i was standing there with the wrong order. Go to a different location.
