  BIG let down. Came here for what was supposed to have been a romantic Valentine's dinner, only to end up in a well lit banquet room, with bare walls and decorations that could've come from Walmart. Even worse, the chairs we were sitting in were caved in and deteriorating. How classy...
  
  Everyone raved about the great ambiance at this restaurant, and this is what they did for Valentine's??? Put couples in a room that looked like it had been decorated by high school students for prom night?? Seriously Matthew's?? WTF were you thinking??? How would you even think this was acceptable??? We could've gotten better ambiance at Olive Garden. For this we paid $300??? Do you really think this dining experience even compares to what people could've gotten at Ocean One, or even Blue Fish? What is wrong with you???
  
  The final slap in the face was having people with children who came in after us, be seated in the main dining area. Nothing like adding insult to injury. Couples who came here specifically for a romantic Valentine's dinner, were seated in a cheaply decorated room, with an ever present wait staff, who were continuously walking past everyone's tables, while families with children were seated in the actual restaurant.
  
  We thought about leaving and going some place else, but since we had dinner reservations for 8:30, leaving and finding another restaurant at the last minute, wasn't realistic at that point.
  
  The food in itself was good, but the portions were ridiculously small and not worth the price, in comparison to other restaurants who don't pull off this kind of BS and think it's totally okay.
  
  At the very least, we should've been told ahead of time what to expect. Obviously they didn't, because they knew people would go elsewhere.
  We will do the same as well.
  
  5 stars for deceptive advertising and being family friendly.
  1 star for ambiance and overall dining experience

  Our daughter took us here for her Dad's birthday. Excellent! Made me a Brandy Alexander, which most places don't even try. I had duck dish- great, but best was escargot! Great flavor. Only con was couldn't use Teal deal with and Open Table gift card!

  Great food and service. We noticed less vegetarian options in menu but went with waiter suggestions - Vegetarian Pasta and Veg. Sandwich. Both the entrees are real tasty. Service is quick and had pleasant experience.

  I enjoyed breakfast. Service was fast and food came out hot. i would have liked toast and hash browns rather than having to choose with one side.
