  The food is great, it is freshly made and orders can be modified to cater to people with specific food allergies. If you have an allergy the chef will come out and talk to you so he or she knows exactly how to prepare your food.
  The staff is extremely kind and sometimes they even will provide a free appetizer.
  Sometimes the wait for food can be extremely long, this happened to me once and they compensated with a discount on the meal.
  
  If you get food to go, ask for the metal containers for reheating in the oven. It will come with instructions on the container for reheating and it's a lot better than microwave reheating.

  If you like Italian food and a good value, it there Monday through Friday for lunch. I don't you order get you a free Entree to go.
  
  And to be honest, it's tough to eat all of the food in a single entree. The food is reasonably priced and taste great as well.
