  While ordering an "Great American Cheeseburger" the sandy blonde young lady with glasses behind the counter asked what kind of cheese I would like. When I inquired what kind of cheese usually comes on the "Great American Cheeseburger", she gave me what is commonly known as the FU or Eat Sh*t look. She continued to catch a serious attitude over what I thought was a simple question. Of course, she was not wearing a name tag. The Loop should really train their young employees on the proper way to treat customers. I've been eating at the Loop since High School in the 80s and have never experienced such rudeness. I won't be patronizing this location anymore.

  If I could give this place a negative five rating I would. I ordered my burger with no onions. After taking a bite I discovered it had onions. No big deal...however...rather than remaking the burger, they brought out the same burger I sent back...just removing the onions. When I asked for a refund, I also asked if that is how they fix mistakes. The manager asked me if I sent it back because of an allergy. Does that really matter??? Ridiculous. It was my first and last time at The Loop.
