  One of the older stores in Jacksonville. Always very busy, but takes a little longer to get the order's taken and ready.
  
  Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Store stays clean for its age. They run out if to many cups for drinks too often .

  Waited 10 minutes, watched the two people, that ordered after me, receive their order. I said something to the cashier, (when she was at the register and wasn't MIA) and she apologized. My original order was the 5 for 5; 3 chiks, pecan pie, and a drink. She said she was going to add a free order of fries, which would've been great, but when I got home I noticed that there was no pecan pie; it had been replaced by soggy fries. Terrible customer service. Even though 5 people were waiting for their food, the employees conversation must've been more important, because instead of preparing the food, they stopped working to focus on it.
  
  Don't complain about low income jobs when you fail to execute even it's simplest responsibilies.
