  Worst experience that I've ever experienced at a Krystal's. No one had on gloves, hair nets, and the lobby was a total mess. The cashier took about 5 minutes before coming to the front to acknowledge the line of people waiting because she was in the back preparing food with no gloves.

  Exquisite dining experience! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Wine selection is bar none!!! Highly recommended if your trying to impress that special gal!

  Service is slow. Went thru drive-through, the employee asked me to pull up. Waited 15 minutes. They came out with the food but I realized I had never received the drink, they told me they'll be right back with it.
  
  Waited another 15 minutes before realizing they probably forgotten or didn't care enough about my drink so I left. The food was mediocre.. Seem like it was made the day before.
  
  Never again.
