  It's a joke that I even have to give this place a star. Krystal is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant, but I will never go to this location again. I waited over 40 MINUTES! There were only three cars in front of me in the drive-thru. Then, when I got to the window, they informed me that they were out of chili, so I couldn't even get half of what I ordered. I was not offered any discount, or a complimentary fountain drink, I was never even told "sorry, for the wait"! It was a complete joke, I counted at least five different employees there, who didn't even seem to care that half of the cars behind me drove off and it took 40 minutes to get my little $7 order! This was without a doubt the worse fast food experience that I've ever had!

  The staff is extremely helpful. I love this place. Even though they got the order wrong, they are quick to fix it.

  Inside 3/19/17 just before noon. 15 minute wait without my drink. Then they put my eat in order in bags like I'm in the drive through. They gave me a medium fry when I ordered a chili cheese fry. Had to wait longer for them to correct this. While waiting I noticed the floor of the kitchen had bread on the floor and an unused to go bag that appeared soaked in grease. Behind the front counter there was a used glove on the floor. Where I was standing off to the side there was a fake nail on the floor. When I finally got my order and drink cup I went to fill it up and felt like I was walking on a slip and slide in front of the drink machine. I usually go through the drive through. The only reason I didn't today is because it was backed up into Blanding. After today, I may take my business elsewhere. And that's 3 and 4 times a week usually.
