  ****Terrible customer service****
  From the very start we had issues selecting our meals online to order. We called, they gave us last minute access to order. Our card was charged and we picked up our first order last Monday. We were told at that time we had an account that would be in 4 weeks intervals. We went to select our meals by noon as required this past Friday, AGAIN had issues with selecting our order. We spoke with Grant who stated that they had a "new website". He gave us access, we set up another account and we chose our meals. We go today to pick up our meals that were not there for pickup. The very RUDE office manager only gave the excuse of the new website and DID NOT APOLOGIZE nor did she try to rectify or accommodate. She stated we did NOT have an account (obviously due to THEIR new website). I showed the office manager my "confirmation of account email" that was sent to us on Friday. She still refused to acknowledge we did not have any food for the week. The office manager is the reason we will not be back or will never recommend this establishment to anyone. When we left we called to speak to the owner and she stated "they are all out", which is a lie because we saw him standing at the counter. Very dishonest!

  I really like most of the food. Some are absolute hits, and some complete misses. I only have myself to feed, so it is really easy and convenient for me to have meals for my day already prepped and ready to go when I need them. There are some "bumps in the road" I have experienced (Technical mess ups, wrong food delivered, no delivery) but all in all, it's still worth it for me. Good meals at a decent price and I don't have to worry about meal prep anymore.
