  Last few times Ive went there has been an hour wait for ribs... The reasoning: Last shift didnt get them ready, however, ive been at all times throughout the day and it seems if that is the case then it must be every shift! So ya'll cant cook more when ur running low vs. When you run out? This place has really went down the drain, nothing like they were years ago when owner was still alive and running things the right way. It shouldnt even have QUALITY in its name any more, just Jenkins would suit them. All locations have people working there who obviously do not like their jobs, and most of them are just plain rude.

  This place is worth every penny. Had the rib sandwich. Yessir! You know it's good when, nobody talking just eating.

  With a reputation going back to 1957, the people of Jacksonville that Jenkins has built itself on must not have broad exposure to quality ribs. These are mediocre at best. Service was slow; 10 minutes just to order from third in line, 20 to get the order. Downtown coworkers recommended this place; time to stop the cycle.
