    This is the worst location in Jacksonville. The service is always very slow. Whenever I call to place a to go order they put me on hold and never pick up again. I love the subs, but can't bring myself to ever go to this location again because I always end up disappointed

    The food is fantastic and the crew gets the job done. Four stars only because the staff didn't really act like they want to be there. The cashier blandly went through the motions. The food was still great and the restaurant was clean.

    What can I say? Great sandwiches. My favorites are the meatball and the cheesesteak. A bit of a wait but I have learned to call in ahead of time. Friendly staff. Everyone is supposed to say hello when you walk in so it is funny to hear three or four hellos at the same time.
