  This place is the worst. The employees need major training in customer service. When I pulled up to the window, my coffee was sitting on the window ledge. When the guy finally showed up to take my money, he didn't even greet me. Didn't look at me either. I asked if the coffee sitting on the ledge was mine and he gave me a weak nod. Then my food came and some other girl placed it on the ledge as well. Didn't hand it to me. No smile or "have a great day" or "thanks for coming." Everything they did was wrong and it wasn't the first time. Never going back.

  Pulled up to place my order. Lady said take a minute to order. Left her headset on the WHOLE TIME while she was just goofing off with employees. We went to the window and tells us the oven is broken. Thanks for wasting 10 minutes of my life. No wonder y'all get a bad rap.

  I ordered two coffees and a wake up wrap with hash browns. I got my coffees as soon as I pulled up to the window and had to wait for my food for 15 minutes.
