- 1 / 5By Latressa HannaReally wanted cold stone was to lazy to drive to river city. Only one car in drive thru took 12 min to get 2 blizzards and a milkshake. As I was eating my blizzard felt something of different texture in my mouth spit it out and it was a long piece of hair. Called and spoke with manager he placed me on hold for 9 minutes even asked what color hair was. The resolution was for me to bring the blizzard back with hair in it and the owner would replace blizzard. I told him I don't want it replaced! Theses people are not clean I was there about 3 months ago and someone was complaining they had a hair in their burger. You would think the owner would make them wear hair nets or something.January 20, 2017
