  Went on super bowl Sunday and they were running a 99 cent domestic pitcher with the purchase of 20 wings. They weren't too busy (before the game started ) they had a lot of carryout orders. Waitresses were nice and helpful. Cooks had positive attitudes.

  Second time giving them a chance first time went inside to eat with my sister they forgot to put my order in so my sister was the only one who ate and we had to wait forever! Came in again explained I was giving them a second chance huge huge mistake!! Got a to go order chicken wasn't done, ordered blue waffle fries without the bacon got waffle fries with a pound of crumble blue cheese sent it back and and instead of fresh they dumped off the blue cheese and gave back the old ones

  I've read the other reviews and I'm curious if I went to the same place. Went there with my family after being disappointed by finding out Bukkets had closed just down the road. The waitress was extremely friendly and prompt. The food came out rather quick considering ordering 50 wings that we broke into 5 different flavored groups of 10. The owner or manager even came by to ensure we were being taken care of. And for the first time in the south, the wings had HEAT. Ordered medium expecting them to be mild like everywhere else and they were definitely medium+. I usually have to order HOT or EXTRA HOT to get remotely close to a NY medium wing. Plus the wings were meaty. They definitely do not skimp on their wing sizes. I am quite content with everything from that visit and will definitely return. I'm happy with you guys and hope you are able to remain in that location.

  So I called and ordered 20 honey BBQ wings no heat with 2 orders of steak fries. My husband showed up to pick them up and was charged first for the wrong order. The guy mark realized he charged for the wrong order. Then when my husband was handed our order there was an order of steak fries missing. He then had to wait for another order of fries. By the time he got home the food was cold. I bite into a wing and there is heat on the wings. We ordered no heat. I called to complain and spoke with Mark and he never once apologized. He made up some excuse about the computer messing up tickets. He offered to re make the food but it was 7pm and my husband was already home. Then he had the nerve to ask me to bring back the wings when we are ready to order again. I finally just hung up on the idiot. If this is the owner they need to shut this place down.Horrible food and service.
