  I know it's not politically correct to say, but thank God someone said it before I did. This place treats black customers like crap. They are so so rude. They will leave you standing at the counter waiting to be helped ignoring you like they don't see you, speak rudely to you won't smile or thank you for patronizing them, just nasty. They have 'blacks' in the kitchen though. Take your money somewhere it will be appreciated because this place is only seconds away from a 'whites only' sign.

  The quality of the food has gone down. I used to go often due to good prices, fresh food and great customer service. Lately the food is not fresh and the customer service is average. Last night I told the waitress the wings look and taste as if they were cooked in old grease, I think your oil needs to be changed. She said, we change the oil after every order. Anyone that's ever worked in a restaurant knows that's a LIE. On the other order the shrimp were barely warm and the hush puppies were cold. The did re-cook the order, but the wings were still the same (old oil). A time before this, I ordered through the drive thru and was asked to pull up and wait, which is fine because they cook to order. After waiting 13 minutes, I went inside to ask about my order and was told, the cook went to their other store because they ran out of what I ordered and he's on his way back. Had they told me, I could've ordered something else. Or, decided for myself if I wanted to wait. The food and service recently went down, maybe it's under new management, so I don't want to rate it a (1) because it wasn't always like this.

  My wife and at times some friends eat at Crabby Ben's r. WE ENJOY THE TIME AND HAVE A GREAT MEAL AT A RESPONSIBLE PRICE. THE SERVERS ARE VERY ATTENTIVE AND WELL VERSED ON THE MENU.
