  This place deserves a -5 star reveiw! Very poor service. Waited almost10 minutes in drive thru ne answer. But employee wondering by back door. Went inside think maybe drive thru speaker might just be messed up. Only 1 customer who already had their food in the place. Finally got my order taken took almost 30 minutes to get my food had to ask for it . and when i did first got ignored . then asked again and cashier rolled eyes at me. And over all rude when finally giving me my food and then didnt even get my whole order. Never ever going here again. Corporate should come in and fire the whole worthless crew! Manager saw everything go down and blew it off went back to talking on her cell phone.

  I have given this place more than one chance to redeemed itself and it has failed everytime. Ordered a fam meal for around $26. The chicken was all dark meat which was part of the description, what I don't understand was the grease and dark color on the outside. One bite and felt sick. The chicken had no taste. My son complained so I ordered him spicy so he could eat. If I had to use one word to describe the food, it is bad. Customer service is good. Maybe the fault is in the recipee. I don't remember it been this bad. Is it old chicken? Low grade?

  So I went here knowing they're slow on serving but wanted to please my kids and had to wait 23 mins on the window. First she forgot me and let me hanging on the microphone and I have to say hellloo??? Then she reply laughing like they were joking and I don't mind people having a good time at work but hey, customers come first, so I placed my order and when I moved forward the customer before me was still waiting!! Ok at this point I just wanted to leave and when I finally get home they forgot my biscuits, the most important thing for my kids!! Omg was a terrible experience. One time before that they were slow and I had to wait on the parking but that time the girl was really nice and she make sure that I have my order complete and fresh biscuits. I wish they change some bad habits because the food is good.
