  Choose another location! The management sets the tone for the rest of the staff. Food is incorrect, service is HORRIBLY slow and usually incompetent. The manager addressed concerns with a meal by stating that I was wrong, the food was correct. A tan center of a steak is not medium rare, but he insisted it was. When they remade it, it was RAW. NOT RARE. No one seemed to care that I left after an hour and 35 minutes without eating but they sure did promptly charge me for the meal. The location is always sticky...tables, floors, seats... NOT appetizing!
  Go to another location. Convenience isn't worth the sacrifice.

  This location used to be my favorite, but it's really gone downhill lately. I went on a Friday night so expected a wait, but there wasn't. So that was a plus.
  
  The waitress was super nice and took our order right away. However, it still took just over 20 mins to get our food. She came and apologized a few times.
  
  While we were waiting, the host came to wipe off the table across from us and wiped all the food and scraps onto the seats of the table and the floor next to us. I figured it was so he could sweep it up, but he just left it there.
  
  The couple who came to sit down a few minutes later complained about the seats and the waitress had to come back and wipe them down.
  
  It was just a crummy experience.
