- 4 / 5By Marshall MaloneI love Chick-fil-A in general, but ever since I moved to this area of Jacksonville, I've been going to this location and had several bad experiences. Several times, I've got the wrong order or had things missing. One time I ordered an ice cream cone for my daughter and it fell out of the cone as I drove off (the girl didn't put the ice cream in all the way.) Tonight is what compelled me to finally write a bad review, though. I ordered two large lemonades for my wife and myself. We didn't drink them until we got home and only then realized that there was no sugar in the lemonade. It was straight lemon and ice!
Update: I have seen a vast improvement in the past year since I originally left this 1 star review.
