  Order 4 small cherry icee's ($1.39 each) the rep placed in 4 medium's so letting him know that I ordered small, it was for me to pull up to the window and his manager will fix the amount. I pull up to the window and the rep stated that the iced it comes in medium. I told the rep that it's false advertising for the menus board to say that there is an option to get small, medium, and large. My kids were very thirsty and I just wanted my order his manager Courtney came to the window and was very apologetic about the rep not being trained fully nor knowledgeable of the menu. Then she tells me that their icee machine was down. I was them very up set because my kids was thirsty after playing at a park and my time was wasted when I was ordering I made sure I asked if the machine was down and the rep told me No it was up and running. So now, I can't get any service because I wanted SMALL icee's instead of medium's. Wow. So disappointed about how we was handled.

  For many years I've been a BK customer, is actually my place of choice when it comes to fast food. So it happens that not to long ago I started working very close to this one particular location. Unfortunately visit after visit all I've had is bad food and disappointments. The manager is very very rude with the employees, the way she talks to them is extremely disrespectful. She puts them to shame in front of all customers without a care. It's very uncomfortable for me and I think for everyone that visits this Bk to have to witness abuse and disrespect on every single visit. Today for example, I went in for Pancakes and 2 breakfast sandwiches at 10:04 am and I left feeling like I'll never come back to this store. This is how the interaction went the manager told the employee: Why would you take her order? Don't you see we are not serving breakfast? Make it the last time! " she then proceeded to scream to another employee " You gonna have to go in there and get them pancakes cause he decided that it was fine to take her order" at this point I was just standing there thinking that I didn't even want the food anymore. Instead I decided to keep quiet and wait, after like 2 mins she puts everything in a bag and just hands it to me in a very bad way. I just walked away.... I will not be returning to this Bk ever again.
  This is the 5th time I visit this location and I have to witness the managers abusing their authority and mistreating customers and employees.

  This is Bobo King home of dissatisfaction and dismay. Love BK but I try to avoid this one if possible. Always out of something or broken machines. Avoid if possible. Visit at your own risk.
