  I was here for two nights while attending meetings at UTA. The lobby appearance was impressive. The room was a bit on the small size but otherwise it was fine.   I give two stars for two specific reasons. The first, is the fact that the pizza was amazing. The second is the server was good
  Everything else was terrible. There was plenty of food ordered outside of the pizza. The chicken in the chicken parm was not cooked. Completely raw. When we informed our server, he sent the manager over. Who was rude and insisted to tell me that since the chicken is "real" Chicken it is chewy and may appear to be uncooked, but is not. What an insult to my intelligence, time and money. Even though my spuse didn't finish their food, we paid for the other plate, drinks and pizza. The manager was completely unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and not remorseful at all. I've bragged about this place for years, but never again.

  After my party and I was seated, it took no time for our waitress to assist us. She was friendly and had a very good memory. I also love the aspect of the TV's in the restaurant, it gave my family a chance to watch our favorite team play while enjoying our meal

  Server was super pleasant! Food when finally got it right was good. salad was supposed to be without tomatoes or onions and had both. Server asked if I wanted her to get another one. Broccoli was to have cheese and did not. After telling us the cheese was coming out...it was being melted, server came to table and asked to take the broccoli from the plate to add the cheese. I was shocked that food from the dining room was taken back to the kitchen.
