  I've just had the most unpleasant experience at the Bono's on Lane Ave. I've eaten at most of the Bonos locations in Jacksonville and have never come in contact with any employee that's rude and nasty, she called herself the General Manager her name was Donna. I ordered my usual a 3 meat salad and corn nuggets I explained to her from the beginning I wanted light turkey and more beef, she said that's fine and I sat at the bar the meat cutter was exceptionally nice. He greeted me and asked me how I wanted my salad since Donna didn't tell him, I asked him if he could chop it up and Donna flew out of side and yelled at him and even grabbed him by the arm in a violent rage telling him he couldn't chop up a salad then she stood there and monitored him the whole time while he prepared my food, I told her that was inappropriate and unprofessional to do that in the presence of customers, she started yelling at me so I asked for a full refund, I would encourage anyone to not visit this location and she should be fired.
