  The food was AMAZING and they accommodated my group of 26 with no problem. I had two ladies with me that were in wheelchairs; the manager stopped in the middle of their meeting to move tables for us to accommodate my ladies. I would definitely go back to this place...The baked Ziti is to die for!!!!!

  Ordered fried shrimp dinner. Definitely not as pictured. However, shrimp were good, fries were eh...and it wasn't until after leaving it occurred to me they didn't serve my meal with coleslaw as per the menu. Called back, spoke to Christopher (a mgr), he apologized and said there's not much else he can do since we were gone. How about offering something whether I live in the area or not...it's not like I won't be back to Jacksonville. Even told him I'd be doing a Google review. Also, our server checked on us once. Had to have a mgr get our check because she was now waiting on a group.

  Good food! First time at a BJ's, and I loved it. The menu was extensive enough for everyone I was with to find something they enjoyed. Would give five stars if service was a bit better. It took a while for the waitress to come over, and food took longer than expected. However, the food was awesome once it arrived.
