- 2 / 5By Elizabeth CarrollWe live close by, but our past two visits have been awful. We ordered a to-go meal last time and got home to find out it was wrong. We called to complain (mind you we spent $80 that night) and the manager mailed us a gift card for $15 which redeemed them. So we figured we'd try again. We asked for the wine sample which came after we started eating. We were almost finished our meal before we got any bread. The waitress was abrupt and interrupted our conversation on several occasions to ask what we needed, but in turn we had to ask for some things twice and wait far too long for what we asked for. We've decided we will go to the Olive Garden on Phillips from now on. We've always had great service there. We're sadly disappointed in the decline in service here.May 25, 2017
